Mark is an seasoned Operations professional, with over 15 years senior management and board level experience working for both international and UK based businesses.

Mark is passionate about the importance of the small to medium sized enterprise to the success of the UK economy, in particular in rural areas such as the South West, and has spent the last 12 years providing advice and support to small and medium businesses

Mark works with the owners and managers of small and medium sized companies, helping them identify and implement new strategies and business processes, either to overcome a current difficulty, or to plan towards future growth.

Mark applies both his extensive organisational and management experience, and his knowledge of modern business and operational practices, in a way that is appropriate and relevant to the size of the business concerned.
