The Practice Coach

The Practice Coach brings all of the support available through Vets in Business in a flexible and affordable way

Providing advice, support and training for the partners, management and client facing staff.

Support can include (but not be limited to);

• Attendance at Practice Management Team and/or Partnership meetings
• Mentoring and support for partners and key management staff
• Skills training
• Financial awareness
• Interpersonal skills
• Effective management of others
• Customer facing skills
• Review of practice performance data
• Development of Practice Performance Reports
• Development of the Practice Plan

The Practice Coach Programme is a medium term commitment, designed to run for a minimum of 6 months (usually to the next financial year end)

Contract to include minimum number of days spent working for the practice each month (on average), at least half of which would be "on-site"

Fee Structure:

Monthly fee depending on time agreed. Options start from £250 per month
