Formed in 2000, Vets in Business Limited has already helped over 1,500 veterinary practices in some way.

Principal Consultant - Mark Moran BSc, MBA
Mark Moran has more than 15 years senior management experience with leading "Blue Chip" organisations, having had responsibility for over 500 employees. He has been providing advice and support to veterinary clinics for nearly 20 years.
He gained his Masters in Business Administration in 1999, from one of the UK's top 5 business schools, the University of Bath Business School, specialising his studies on the issues surrounding small businesses.
He is a director of Vets in Business Ltd., where he provides business mentoring and support for partners and practice managers, as well as helping to deliver ViB's management training courses, in subjects such as Staff Management, Business Planning, Setting Pricing and Fees, and Client Care.
He was also Project Director for In Practice Learning Limited, which developed and delivered the BTEC award in Veterinary Practice Client Care until the national framework was discontiued in 2018
