Management Weekenders

Vets in Business can help you to organise and run a management weekender. We will select and organise the hotel, leisure pursuits, training and will facilitate all of the working sessions, all you have to do is show up!

To set out the mission and goal for the coming 12 months

To allow managers to participate in developing appropriate action plans

To help managers to develop their leadership skills and increase their financial awareness

To promote a greater understanding and respect amongst the management team
