Practice Health Check (priority and goal-setting day)

A one day assessment and strategic priority/goal setting day, consisting of;

A 45 minute introduction to the practice

20 minute interviews with 8 or 12 key people representing all groups

A workshop session with the partners (or a representative group if all are not available) to identify the key issues, and to develop an action plan to address them.

A written action plan for distribution.
