Practice Health Check (priority and goal-setting)

An in depth assessment and strategic priority identification tool, consisting of;

A 45 minute introduction to the practice

20 minute interviews with as many employees as possible in the time available, representing all groups. May take place over 2 days depending on practice size and the number of clinic locations

A workshop session with the partners (or a representative group if all are not available) to review the key issues identified, and to develop an action plan to address them.

A written action plan for distribution.
